Nu Me App, powered by WithTitan, is designed for adults aged 18 and older.
Age requirement: 18 or older
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Nu Me account or use the service.
- Nu Me App is not directed to children and is not offered in the Kids category.
- By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the birthdate you provide is accurate.
- If you are under 18, do not create an account, pair a device, or submit personal or health information.
Why we ask for your birthdate
We use birthdate to confirm age eligibility and support age-dependent wellness calculations and device insights. We do not use birthdate for advertising. Details about collection, retention, and deletion appear in our Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion policy.
What the app includes
The following features help explain why Nu Me is intended for adults:
- Health and wellness tracking, including sleep, heart rate, activity, recovery, body measurements, weight, and body-composition information.
- AI-assisted wellness guidance based on information associated with your account.
- Optional community, sharing, messaging, photo, video, and other user-created content features.
General wellness—not medical care
Nu Me devices, measurements, scores, and AI guidance are provided for general wellness and informational purposes. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Do not use Nu Me for emergencies or as a substitute for professional medical advice.
Information about minors
We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to create accounts or knowingly collect their personal, biometric, or health information. If we learn that an underage account has been created, we will take reasonable steps to disable it and delete associated information, subject to identity verification and any legal retention requirements. A parent or guardian may contact privacy support if they believe a minor provided information to us.
App Store age rating
Apple may display age-rating labels that vary by country, region, or operating-system version. Regardless of the displayed regional label, eligibility to create and use a Nu Me account remains limited to adults aged 18 and older.
