Refund Policy

Hong Kong purchases are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by law. We still support eligible limited warranty claims for manufacturing defects, and Protection Plan claims remain available for covered customers under the plan terms.

For Canada and U.S. checkout markets, return any hardware within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in good condition with all original packaging and accessories. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Sizing kits are $20, and that amount is credited back toward your ring purchase. The kit itself is non-returnable, but the credit never expires once applied to an order.

Protection Plan and AI Coach subscriptions can be canceled anytime from your account. When you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. We don't prorate partial months, and subscription fees already billed are non-refundable.

Every ring includes a 2-year limited warranty against eligible manufacturing defects. If an eligible defect is confirmed, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. The included warranty does not cover loss, theft, normal wear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or accidental damage. Eligible accidental damage, loss, and theft claims are covered separately only under the optional Protection Plan and are subject to plan terms, claim review, and replacement limits.
