- Biometric and activity data measured by your ring, such as sleep, heart rate, and HRV.
- Usage data about how you interact with the app and website.
How we use your data
Your biometric data powers the insights and AI Coach guidance you see in the app. We use account and usage data to fulfill orders, provide support, and improve our products. We never sell your personal or health data to third parties.
Data storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems required to operate the service. We retain your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
Your choices
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal and biometric data from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.
